Its been a while since I have updated… and yes once again I apologize for that.

So I will try to do a massive update with whats been going on in my life. So lets get started!

October:

Well after my birthday (And getting rank 1 Windmill) I worked and worked and worked some more. And played Mabinogi of course. My free time seems a bit endless sometimes. I also bought Borderlands on Steam. Quite a fun game though Multiplayer is sort of a pain to do with friends.

November:

I worked even more (Of course) and gamed some more (I might have a problem). And spend Thanksgiving alone after working that day from 8 in the morning until 1pm. My family had went out of town that day. But my mom was kind enough to make Thanksgiving food for me before she left (And it was tasty). I actually during November managed to be shocked by my email.

Turns out that Nintendo decided to release all 10 parts of Electroplankton as DSi Ware… but I’ll explain more about that later. I also during this month got Phantasy Star Zero (The copy my friend promised me for my birthday). I also picked up the following:

Nintendo DS Titles:

• Pokemon Platinum (My first Pokemon game since the Gold/Silver/Crystal era)
• Hotel Dusk: Room 215
• Hoshigami Ruining Blue Earth: Remix

And I also splurged a little on Steam and bought the following:

• Everday Shooter
• Mirrors Edge (Was $5)
• Quantz (I’m a sucker for cheap Puzzle games)
• Madballs in… Babo: Invasion (It was $2 why not?)

So I have a lot of stuff to keep me company when I’m bored…hehe. Anyway, this concludes what has been happening in my life at least with October and November.

So now its time to talk about what I REALLY wanted to get to: EM-Zen.

Since Nintendo decided to release Electroplankton in 10 separate parts I picked them up as soon as I could and I love that they did this so much. Now I don’t have to resort to hardware based ROM emulation just to get what I need. So, I will be starting up on EM-Zen again full steam ahead a little later this month. And I have thought of a nice format for EM-Zen that I think will work out quite well.

The first half shall be pure 8-bit, the second half will be pure Electroplankton based tracks…and near the end the finale will be 8-bit and Electroplankton together. Though I might tie in a random story with it so there is more depth to it. Not entirely sure but we shall see as I go along.

I also have been asking a friend of mine (Guitartheist) for help and bouncing stuff off of him (Ideas mostly). He is the guy who helped me create the collab track called “Arpy the Walrus”. (If you haven’t heard that yet. I shall link you to the post regarding that….it is over here.

Anyway I need to wrap up this blog post and get out my house today. Its my day off and I should probably go enjoy it. So as always to everyone who reads this blog.

Yes! I have finally done it!
I have reached rank 1 windmill in Mabinogi. It took a lot of effort, but its been done.
I know that a lot of people could care less about it since its just windmill and that makes me nothing but a cookie cutter “miller”. But it was a struggle and I only got it so I could have a nice back up for when things got too hairy in combat situations. Anyway… screen shot time:

I would also like to point out at this time that I got Rank 1 Windmill a day before my birthday (October 2nd) so yay me….

I would also like to point out that my birthday has already passed (October 3rd) and I am now 20 years old… and I still play Mabinogi… awesome. Though if I enjoy it I might as well play.

And I got some awesome presents for my birthday too. I got the following:

• Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner 2
• Black DSi (which I bought myself)
• Birthday dinner
• Quality time with my older sister
• And in November my friend is getting me Phantasy Star Zero

So yeah..thats about it for now. I’m done with this post. And once again if anyone who looks at this blog and happens to notice my character name while on the Mari server. Don’t hesitate to say hello. I’m done for now, later.

Well its finally happened. I finally finished something however not on my own…

I had decided to visit my friend in August and show him Famitracker. He was instantly hooked and that day we started on a collaboration. It was rough but we both enjoyed making it and the end result. However, when I let a couple people listen to it they both said that the drums were a bit too rough.

And my friend Kizul even mentioned some stuff to me to make it sound softer and so I present to you…the track called “Arpy the Walrus”! Enjoy

I can't believe I did it.

And I already have 1020 out of the 2000 of the rank 2 boss kill requirement done. So I’m happy with that.

The sad thing however is that Nexon decided to have a nine hour + 3 hour extension maintenance. So its been annoying… I want to finish the boss kills before I have work tomorrow. So we shall see… I’m out for now… for all people from the nexon forum and such who see this blog.

Well… after saying that I would post stuff about Mabinogi (My main and favorite MMORPG) somewhere… I decided that I would finally do it. So.. without further ado… Mabinogi post number 1!

As the title suggests.. I’m deeply sorry. I have been busy within the past month or two…

I got a job… and I have been getting money slowly… but getting money none the less. This job made me put off what I wanted to do the most though. And I feel slightly tortured by it.. despite it being something that I need to do…

EM-Zen is hereby postponed indefinitely… until I find the will to work on it. As well as Project Eternal… I haven’t had time to update…and my will to do it has faded as I have lost my sense of creativity… I’m not even happy with the art that I have done recently… My emotions are too mixed up as it is right now…and so I bow out of what I have done. To make it for what I could have done….

I’ll try to continue.. but for now. Its not the time… and I apologize for that…

I still play Mabinogi and I intend to post stuff about that. But life took over… and I hate myself for getting so stuck…

And I just noticed that I have a little over 300 hits… thats great… at least someone took the time to read my stuff. I’m done here for now… and once again. I apologize…

My friend had the cable I needed all along so now I can start my project a full speed. After I finish track 00 and 01 I will release it to the masses for free. And I will add more as I go along until I see that its complete. Also I might have a side project for remixes if anything that I make is any good.

Well not much to report except somethings I uploaded recently. Including a preview for my first song on EM-Zen.

EM-Zen Track 00 Preview

And some stuff I did when messing around with Electroplankton is now in MP3 format… Electroplankton – Luminaria

I will be finishing EM-Zen Track 00 (With explanation of everything behind this project) this week. And I will not be flaking out like before. I will finish it. I don’t expect it to be as great as some stuff. But I will work as hard as I can on it.

This is basically a small update on whats been happening with a nice little treat at the end.

Anyway. I have been trying my hardest to make a track but its becoming harder then I thought it would be. I’m loosing ideas fast. Mostly because I STILL haven’t been able to get the audio cable I need. I found it at Radioshack for $6 but I don’t ever even have that amount of money in my wallet. Its soo annoying… I will be working on finishing at least track within this month. I want to have at least something done for this. I’m ashamed that its even taken this long for me to get this far with nothing to show.

But in other news I found a band from the UK called Editors. Very good band that sometimes reminds me of “Interpol” but with a extra kick of awesomeness. I have embedded a playlist from GrooveShark if you want to listen to some of their music. Its really good stuff.
